A hardware store will usually include a wide range of related sundry|sundries used in construction and repair such as lumber, gardening, plumbing supplies, carpeting, paint, appliances, cleaning supplies and sundry items such as house numbers. Typically a hardware store carries virtually all of the types of tools, supply|supplies and equipment used to build objects (such as some furniture and fixtures) as well as construction of complete structures such as houses and other buildings.
